What’s the difference between a coloured lip liner and a metallic one? The coloured one, when matched to your lipstick, gives definition. The metallic lip liner, in silver, gold, champagne or bronze, doesn’t define but gives lips a three dimensional effect.
Don’t outline your lips with it – that would look clownish. Instead, draw a small “M” on your Cupid’s bow, then add a touch of the liner on the outer thirds of your lower lip. There, your lips now look more pouty.
