Hatha (Beginner) & Core comprises traditional Hatha poses for beginners, with a focus on balancing poses combined with core training that targets the abs and builds core strength. Apart from a slimmer waist line, having a strong core will also improve your posture and alleviate back pain.

For a Healthy Spine and Back

Hatha (Beginner) & Back Bend comprises traditional Hatha poses for beginners, followed by basic back-bending poses using blocks, and wall practise to open up the chest. Back bends stimulate the central nervous system, boost immune system, and realign and increase mobility in the spinal column.

For Mobility and Flexibility Around Hip Joints

Hot & Hip Therapy comprises traditional Hatha poses for beginners done in a 37 deg C-heated studio, followed by therapeutic poses that improve flexibility around hip joints. Recommended for those with hip tightness and hip injuries.

For Relieving Tight Shoulder and Neck Muscles
