Dior Forever Skin Glow: The Foundation for Fresh, Glowing, Perfected Skin

Compliments. Lots of them.

Compliments. Lots of them. That’s what you’ll get with this liquid foundation. What you’ll see on your skin: a soft, pretty glow with no fake shimmer in sight. Subtle dewiness that doesn’t look slick. Perfected skin which has that I’ve-just-cleansedand-moisturised kind of radiance.

What you get when you use it: a product that spreads and blends well. A hydrating formula that downplays fi ne lines and dry patches. Buildable coverage that isn’t cakey – one pump for natural, even-toned skin, a little more if you like more coverage. We even skipped our usual concealer for our dark under-eye circles. It costs $85. – GYH

Red Lipsticks That Will Last Through a V-Day Date

Nothing is sexier or more romantic. These reds last through kissing, champagne and caviar – and that’s all we ask for on a hot date.

For kissing

These kiss-proof lipsticks don’t smudge or transfer too much.

1 Clarins Water Lip Stain in Red Water ($36) promises to last through 300 kisses. We didn’t quite get up to 300, but the stain did stick – from the start of kissing until it was time to remove it for the night.

2 It’s enticingly red. It’s matte. And it’s transfer-proof. The Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Santa Sangre ($31) will last through a pretty intense makeout session.

3 Pat on Urban Decay’s Lo-fi Lip Mousse in Amplify ($33) with your finger for a diffused effect, or use the applicator for a more defined pout. It doesn’t budge no matter how much you kiss.

4 Chanel’s Rouge Allure N8 ($52, limited edition) has micro-glitter flecks. It sets to a lightweight satin finish that can take on flirty pecks on the cheek. For drinking These barely leave a trace on your champagne glass.

5 Sen Natural’s Sensation Red Light lipstick ($35) is so creamy it glides on and cocoons the lips, with little staining after each sip.

6 For a glossy pout, go for YSL Beaute’s Rouge Volupte Shine lipstick in #84 ($52) – it leaves a subtle stain behind without lifting pigment off your lips.

7 Nivea’s Lips Poppy Red Crayon ($7.90) is part lipstick, part balm. It leaves a faint, barely noticeable stain behind.

8 The near-weightless, watery texture of L’Oreal Paris’ Matte Lip Ink in #115 I Am Worth It ($21.90) sets to a soft matte, maximally transfer-proof finish.

For eating

You’ll want something that fades evenly and beautifully so you’ll look great even after caviar and creme brulee.

9 The intense pigment and soft-matte finish of Rouge Dior Ultra Rouge in #999 Ultra Dior ($50) stays on even after a greasy meal.

10 Those who adore a flat matte finish will love Lancome’s L’Absolu Rouge Drama Matte lipstick in #505 Adoration ($48) – it stayed put through a threecourse candlelit dinner.

11 Armani Beauty’s Lip Maestro in #400 ($55) fades so evenly after meals, it looks like you’re wearing a red lip stain.

12 The formula may seem thin and lightweight, but Fenty Beauty’s Stunna Lip Paint in Uncensored ($36), a deep ruby red, doesn’t flake or fade much.
