• 110 g semi-sweet baking chocolate • 100 g SCS Unsalted Butter • ¾ cup icing sugar • 2 whole eggs • 2 egg yolks • 50 g plain flour • Pinch of salt • Blueberries and icing sugar, for topping
1 In a bowl, add butter and semi-sweet baking chocolate and melt over a bain-marie.
2 Remove from heat and add in the icing sugar.
3 Add two whole eggs and two egg yolks into the melted chocolate and mix well.
4 Add in flour and mix well.
5 Sprinkle a pinch of salt and mix until smooth.
6 Butter the cake tray and pour in the mixture until it covers ¾ of the height.
7 Bake at 180 C for 12 to 13 mins.
8 When the cakes are cooked, take out from the oven and flip them over.
9 Serve with berries of your choice and dust with icing sugar. Serve warm.
