Tricolore Penne Picnic Salad
SALAD
• 250 g green beans, blanched • 200 g asparagus, blanched • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 250 g cherry tomatoes • Halved fresh basil, to taste • Fresh parsley, chopped
NOODLES
• 600 g Philips fresh multiflavoured penne pasta (three different types of Philips fresh penne pasta) • Salt, to taste
DRESSING
• ½ lemon, juiced • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar • 4 tbsps olive oil • 1 tsp honey
• Ground black pepper, to taste TOPPING • 100 g goat cheese, crumbled
TOPPING
• 100 g goat cheese, crumbled Beetroot, Apple, Carrot & Ginger Juice Serves 1 • 1 beetroot • 2 red apples • 4 carrots
• 1 cm ginger Feed all ingredients into the Philips Juicer and pulse. Add ice if desired. Serve immediately in a glass.
• Walnuts / Other nuts, roasted, to taste
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook the Philips fresh multiflavoured penne pasta for 10-12 mins. Wash in cold water. Drain well.
2. Prepare the dressing in a large salad bowl. Add all the salad ingredients and the pasta and toss well.
3. top with nuts and cheese. Serve immediately.

• 1 bread (7” diameter) • 200 g chicken fillet, cut into thick strips • 50 g mini corn, cut into portions
• 6 button mushrooms, halved • 1 cup coconut milk • ½ cup boiling water • 1 tsp fish sauce • 1 tsp lime juice
SEASONING
• 1 tsp sesame oil • 2 tbsps oil • 1 tbsp galangal, chopped • 1 stalk lemongrass (use lower half)
• 3-4 kaffir lime leaves, torn into pieces • 2 tbsps coriander, chopped • ½ chilli, chopped • Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Cut the top part of the bread as lid and hollow the bread.
2. Toast bread slightly in the basket and airfry at 180 c for 5 mins. then place the bread in a large shallow dish.
3. Mix chicken, corns, mushroom with all other ingredients in baking tray. Airfry at 200 c for 4 mins. Stir midway. Add in coconut milk and boiling water, airfry for 5 mins until well cooked.
4. Pour into the bread. Add fish sauce and lime juice. Serve.
