Meat addicts who want their protein fix could check out Ninja Cuts, which features main ingredients such as squid, pork belly and ribeye that are paired with bases such as polenta, garden greens and soba noodles. Try the Tuna-Na-Na-Na (above), a combination of seared tuna, aburi avocado, tomatoes, onsen egg and miso cucumbers. Ninja Cuts is located along Seah Street.
Hard Rock Café hopes to attract vegans with its non-meat offerings that include Cauliflower “Wings”, Seared Corn and Green Bean Wrap, and the Quinoa Burger (above), which has a patty made from ingredients such as Portobello mushrooms, cheddar, quinoa and red onions. The vegan menu is available till October 31 at Hard Rock Café Singapore and Sentosa.
AquaMarine is aiming to delight Mediterranean cuisine lovers at its Mediterranean Food Festival. During this month, the restaurant will serve dishes such as Barramundi Baked in Rock Salt & Ash, Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Short Ribs with Feta Cheese, and Free Range Chicken and Mushroom Risotto served in a parmesan cheese wheel (above).
