Ice cream in a brownie cup

Have your cake and ice cream - and eat them all up!

Makes 10-12 

1 Preheat the oven to 180 deg C. Combine contents of Betty Crocker Supreme Original Brownie Mix with vegetable oil, water and egg (see instructions on the box). 

2 Line two muffin tins with cupcake liners. Fill each cup with batter, no more than half full. Bake for 20min.  

3 Remove from the oven and press down the centre of each brownie with a spoon. 

4 Serve each brownie warm with a scoop of ice cream in the centre.
