Luxe Catering’s Pan Seared Salmon With Orange And Dill Butter Sauce

C’EST MAGNIFIQUE!

The French may be known for many things—fine arts, chic style, lush design—but it’s the finesse they demonstrate in the kitchen that’s simply ooh la la. Lend a fine-dining touch to mealtimes with Luxe Catering’s new Luxe Stay Home Family Packs. Offering classics such as casseroles, beef goulash and apple tarts, the six menus (for three to 10 pax) present five- and six-course options that follow the traditional French meal flow of amuse-guele, salad, main and dessert. Can’t get enough? Add on bites like the Mini Chicken Ham & Cheese Croquettes and Mini Wagyu Beef Burgers. Or throw in a little Singaporean flavor with the Wagyu Beef Rendang Penne Pasta and Seafood Linguine With Laksa Pesto (above). If a midday pick-me-up is what you’re after, Luxe Catering delivers too: Its Sucré Luxe Social Box hits the sweet spot with treats such as Ferrero Brownies and Coconut Rocher Balls, while its Luxe Canapé Boxes bring tasty nibbles that are perfect to snack on. KEEP CALM & EAT CAKE

As Audrey Hepburn used to say, “A nice creamy chocolate cake does a lot for a lot of people.” When you need a sweet pick-me-up, Chef Pang Kok Keong of Antoinette’s delightful creations get you both eye candy and an endorphin rush with every mouthful. You can never go wrong with chocolate—the decadent Antoinette, Le Royale, Bannier and Fluffy are all anchored by a heavenly chocolate mousse—but there are also fresher options for those with a lighter palate. The floral-fruity Superlova, a rose-lychee creation that is light and refreshing, is one. Velvet Rouge, a classic red velvet cheesecake with a walnut-chocolate fudge base topped with swirls of salted caramel crème chantilly and chocolate crumble, is another. While whole cakes need to be ordered three days in advance, the Petit Cakes are available for delivery (a minimum order of $55 is required) as and when your craving hits. Visit antoinette.oddle.me.
