1 Banana and Nutella chia seed toast

Serves 1

Toast a slice of wholemeal bread and slice half a banana. Spread Nutella on the toast and top with banana slices before sprinkling chia seeds on the final product.

2 Coconut chia seed pudding

Serves 1

Mix one cup of coconut milk with half a tablespoon of honey and four tablespoons of chia seeds. Leave it in the fridge overnight. Garnish with your desired amount of strawberries.

3 Cornflakes with chia seeds and pecans

Serves 1

Pour one cup of low fat milk into your desired amount of cornflakes. Add one tablespoon of chia seeds and a handful of pecan pieces.
