Standing 1.65m – or 5ft 5in – tall with a width of 92cm and a depth of 72cm, the transparent Ferguson Hill FH001 Horn Speaker is a major feature of any indoor or outdoor area, while its transparency means it can blend into any yacht design, contemporary or classic.
Weighing 27kg, the horn is made from precision-moulded, 8mm-thick toughened cast acrylic. The British brand’s loudspeakers are full-range units from 150Hz-20KHz – although a sub-bass unit is required below 150Hz – and reproduce music with clarity, are highly efficient, and can be loud with just five watts. The support ring and phase plug are machined from aluminium alloy and have a protective anodised finish. The drive unit is a modified Lowther DX3 full range driver.
