BARELY THERE
Good skin is always trendy. While choosing the right coverage is important for covering blemishes, the finish is also crucial in achieving flawless-looking skin.
Level 1: Matte Glow
This type of foundation finish is best for those who have oily skin types, who want an overall matte finish, without looking shiny. Try using a matte finish foundation and a highlighter with subtle sheen instead of glitter.

Level 2: Lit-From Within Glow
The trick to achieving a lit-from-within glow is to actually dust on your highlighter before adding on a layer of sheer cushion foundation over it. Otherwise, a foundation with a luminous finish would also do the trick.

Level 3: Go For Glow
The easiest way to add glow is to use a highlighter after putting on foundation but for a natural-looking glow, use a foundation with a dewy finish, as it will catch the light better. Alternatively, you can also add a few drops of facial oil into an oil-based foundation for the same effect.

SMOKE AND MIRRORS
Vary the intensity of your smokey eye by layering your eye makeup. Stick to grey eye shadow for a soft smokey eye. Create definition by blending out some kohl eyeliner to form a dark base, before applying your eye shadow to intensify. For a touch of glamour, add some glitter eyeliner near the corner of your eyes.
