The $620 price tag might make you do a double take, but products from the Parisian house of Sisley can generally cost as much as (or more than) a wallet. What’s more unexpected is what this reportedly does: give the appearance of wrinkle-free skin. As ambitious – audacious even – as that might sound, it has a meticulous, multi-layered approach to back it. For starters, it optimises skin’s collagen content in more ways than one. Nutrient-rich porcelain cacao extract, for example, is used to stimulate production that might otherwise be hampered by factors like stress, while soy peptide and blue algae yeast extract activate fi broblasts (these produce collagen in the dermis). The latter two ingredients also give skin a boost of hyaluronic acid, while white willow leaf, rosehip and iris extracts have a protective and strengthening effect.
