His fall/winter 2015 picks

From the women’s collection, the yellow Metropolis cross-body bag. Its name – Girasole – is Italian for “sunflower”. “It’s a cute, cool and sassy mini bag. Our customers just love the Metropolis too,” says Eraldo. From the men’s collection: the “transformer” Modular bag. You can unzip the sides to change the duffl e into a roomy tote. “It’s the perfect crossover bag that you can use for work and weekends,” he says.

He loves the idea of mix-and-match

Just in time for Christmas, Furla has made its Metropolis bag extra-versatile. It now has a detachable front flap, and you can get extra flaps – metallic, animal-print or glitter-encrusted – to switch up the look of your bag. The Metropolis with a detachable front flap costs $610, and additional flaps are $125 each. Available at all Furla stores.

The last bag eraldo got for someone was…

“A Metropolis bag that was customised in lizard skin for a business partner. The idea was to combine a luxe material with one of Furla’s most popular shapes,” he says.
