Time out

The vibe is laid back, the dishes and drinks are excellent and the view is worth the drive down to Sentosa Golf Club.

New bar-grill Panamericana ticks all the right boxes with us for family dining.

Everything we tried there was good, but these are the standouts: succulent lamb ($45++) and whole Colombian chicken ($30++) that are cooked in the restaurant’s asador pit, burrata ($29++), broccolini ($15++) and the Insta-friendly corn ($12++). There’s also a kids’ menu with hearty choices such as salmon nuggets, mini burgers, quesadillas and more (from $8). Visit www.panamericana.sg.
