Cocoa Vs Cacao.

Cocoa is processed cacao roasted at high temperatures, while cacao is made via the process of cold-pressing unroasted cacao beans which preserves all the antioxidants.

Milk, Dark or White?

Dark chocolate contains the highest cacao content, while milk chocolate contains about 20 per cent less cacao in general because of milk solids added. White chocolate, on the other hand, is a chocolate derivative which does not contain any cacao at all.

Choose Your Per Cent.

The higher the percentage is, the more bitter the chocolate will be, so it’s all a matter of individual preference and liking. But a good number to start with is 75 per cent, which is not too bitter for most people.

Aphrodisiac of the Aztecs Chocolate contains tryptophan – a building block of serotonin that triggers sexual arousal – and phenylethylamine which helps elevate your mood by producing the neurotransmitter dopamine. It’s no wonder the ancient Aztecs used it as an aphrodisiac!
