Grilled meat lovers searching for a fiery meal could consider tucking into Hard Rock Café Sentosa’s new Smoke, Fire & Spice menu, which offers beef (above), chicken, pork and shrimp cooked in one of five different flavours. Each dish is served on a sizzling plate, accompanied with Pita bread, grilled vegetables and several dipping sauces.
PizzaExpress aims to delight Italian cuisine fans with its sumptuous offerings, which include pastas such as Leggera Pollo Arrabiata, and classic pizzas such as the Calabrese (above). The latter is filled with ingredients that include rocket, mozzarella, and spicy sausage. The restaurant is located in Scotts Square.
Rib addicts looking for their next fix could consider checking out Morganfield’s, which is known for its variety of hickory-smoked baby back ribs. If you’re an American whisky fan, opt for a full-slab that’s slathered in Jim Beam bourbon sauce (above). Morganfield’s outlets are in Suntec City, Vivocity and The Star Vista.
