My Reading Room

Our love affair with food and dining has intensified over the years, and we want more from these experiences. That’s where Dine Inn comes in.

Created by restaurateur Luke Lee and celebrity chef Eric Teo, the app connects you to home chefs. They’re not Rene Redzepi or Marco Pierre White but folks who like to cook, and are willing to be your cook at your next shindig. They can do it at your place or theirs.

Dine Inn’s strength lies in its flexibility to cater to your needs. Akin to a pop-up restaurant, it lets you either hire one of its home chefs (choose from more than 200) to cook for your posse, or just have food packed and delivered to you.

The platform currently has 400 types of dishes (from flourless paleo walnut cake to gula melaka honey beer can chicken) for you to craft a customised menu. Get out your silverware and candles: the supper clubs are well and truly back
