Seafood lovers are in for a treat with the debut of Pesce at The Farm at San Benito. Meaning ‘fish’ in Italian, the new eatery caters for pescetarians, with dishes inspired by the Mediterranean Blue Zone diet. You’ll find whole grains, fruits, vegetables and the star of every course, sustainable and wild-caught seafood on the menu.

Guests have the option to dine al fresco or even host private events at the resort’s exclusive South pool. Either way, food is prepared with health in mind. Croutons use unbleached flour, dressings are vegan and cheeses non-dairy, herbs are grown in the property’s organic garden, and the bread is homemade.

Whet your appetite with Caesar salad and grilled grouper fillet, or perhaps lobster bisque. For mains, we recommend the brick-oven-basked salmon roulade. But if you’re in the mood for carbs, we can’t look past the Spaghetti Nero di Seppia with squid, squid ink on cream and white wine. www.thefarmatsanbenito.com
