So the new flex among fashion houses seems to be zhooshing up archival favourites. At British house Burberry, Riccardo Tisci’s latest is the Pocket bag, a functional luggage-style tote with leather details. First sold between 1981 and 1990, it was originally known as the “Michelle shopper”, but has now been renamed to highlight its key update: a distinctive front pocket. We love the vintage vibes and how it literally wears its functionality on its sleeve (large pocket = better organisation and extra space). Plus, it’s versatile too – carry it by its reinforced top handles or detachable shoulder strap. It comes stamped with the graphic TB print inspired by founder Thomas Burberry, designed by Tisci in collaboration with famed British graphic designer Peter Saville. Choose from more than 15 colourways and three sizes: mini, medium, and extra-large that fits A3 documents. – VALERIE WONG
