WE ENDORSE...

Its predecessor, Decadence, is something of an occasion scent – oodles of sex appeal, yes, but a little too intense for the office. This new iteration, on the other hand, is lighter and more suitable for everyday wear. On first whiff, you get heady floral notes of gardenia and hydrangea.

MARC JACOBS DIVINE DECADENCE EDP, $190.

It then settles into a lighter, woody base of saffron and vanilla that calls to mind the addictive scent of freshly laundered bed sheets. It scores in the looks department too, with its handbagesque bottle complete with a tassel, a chain strap and a faux snakeskin cap. – CARINA KOH
