My Reading Room
An ice bar, jewellery tattoos and a DJ spinning “Wild Thoughts”? That was the unexpected scene at Chopard’s Ngee Ann City boutique, where bijoux lovers turned out (and turnt up) to get a taste of the decadent Rihanna ♥ Chopard collection. The start of the evening saw Asia Pacific CEO, Stephan Ritzmann thank guests for their support as he introduced the stars of Chopard’s first-ever pop-up in Singapore—the collaboration with badgalriri and the Ice Cube Pure collection, both of which are minimalist, edgy, and made with ethical fairmined gold. A number of ladies wasted no time snapping up these urban dazzlers, but that didn’t mean the rest left empty-handed, with embellished illustrations and countless pol aroids of themselves in tow.
