7:00AM I need nine hours of sleep; it’s my guilty pleasure! I’m not a light sleeper. My alarm sounds like the generic ones you find on iPhones; no song will wake my emails and Instagram. I make the same Porridge with almond milk, blueberries, flaxseeds and coconut flakes—bliss. I was a nine months ago. 7:45AM My beauty routine is extensive. I cleanse and apply a face serum, moisturiser and eye cream, an exfoliating face scrub and face mask twice a week to my skin specialist Melanie Grant for a microdermabrasion, and light therapy whenever I can. I barely wear makeup I have a meeting, event or photo shoot. I’m Australian, about skincare for us. It’s about dewy and glowing skin. fill in my eyebrows and add some blush and illuminator cheekbones. I like to keep it natural-looking. I also just got eyelash lift and it’s a game-changer. My favourite eyeliner is For Ever’s gel eyeliner. I love to wear Tom Ford’s Mandarino out. 8:00AM My mood always affects what I wear, and my approach to personal style is never to follow trends. It’s better to be timeless My style icons are Lauren Hutton, Audrey Hepburn and Victoria me, elegance means living your life being gracious and practising every day. I think being confident and sophisticated also plays in the way you carry yourself. 8:30AM During my drive to work, my head’s filled with thoughts of what I have to get done that day and prioritised. I also think about when I’ll have time to work must for me. I live in North Avoca, just north of Sydney. I beachside town where my friends all live. Going for a empty beach and barely having people on it during the The ocean and having my old friends around really 8:45AM We have an office down by Terrigal Beach, overlooking minimal, because we’re barely there. My desk is full I’ve collected on my travels, plants and my reminders, otherwise I’ll forget. I stay organised calendar and notebooks. I always have It’s full of new ideas and to-do lists. I’m it comes to writing and can only my thoughts when I write them down.

“I don’t believe in emulating anyone and always try to distinguish my own visual aesthetic.”

9:00AM I’m not sure how many emails I receive each day. Maybe 300?

But I have five inboxes that my assistant filters every morning. My work playlist includes tracks from Frank Ocean, Amy Winehouse and Radiohead. 1:00PM Lunch is anything green, but it’s usually a protein bowl. I’m vegan and on a glutenfree diet, so I don’t eat a lot of things. It’s hilarious sometimes.

If I had to pick five people to have lunch with, they would be: Oprah Winfrey, Barack Obama, Thom Yorke, Olivia Wirth [Group Executive, Brand, Marketing & Corporate Affairs at Qantas] and Emma Watson. My favourite restaurant in Australia is So 9, which serves Vietnamese food.

3:00PM When it comes to work, I’m always excited to see how technology is influencing the fashion industry.

I’ve collaborated with some notable fashion houses, and it’s always a surreal experience. I grew up idolising these luxury brands so I’m aware of how much of a privilege it is. I don’t think it’s something I’ll ever take for granted. Advice I’d give to my younger self? Remain fearless. Others will judge you but don’t listen, it’s all noise. Stay focused. 5:45PM I’m a child of light so I feel the most inspired when the sky changes with these vivid colours. I love the outdoors and experiencing new destinations, so those are some of my biggest sources of inspiration as well. I think it’s important to interpret your inspirations to make them your own, I don’t believe in emulating anyone and always try to distinguish my own visual aesthetic. For me, a lot comes down to the lighting and editing. Depending on my schedule, I take an average of 30 photos a day. They’re mostly of my cat, to be honest. Her name’s Yumi and she’s a ragdoll. 6:00PM I’m quite strict when it comes to putting an end to the day’s tasks. I try not to bring home work to do, but it’s hard when you own your own business. 7:00PM I usually cook dinner at home because it can be limiting due to the way I eat. I’m pretty good at whipping up anything Mexican. I miss beef lasagne though; I grew up eating it and it is comfort food for me. I have a huge sweet tooth, so chocolate’s another of my guilty pleasures. I relax by exercising—I find doing yoga or going hiking helps me escape the intensity of my job. 9:30PM My naturopath told me not to look at my phone after dinner because it keeps your mind active seeing what other people are doing on social media.

I try not to look at screens, so I mostly read. I just sent some health books to my friends Lily and Rushka in New York. One is called The China Study and is the largest study on nutrition ever conducted. There was no occasion, I just wanted to share some books that changed my life. 10:00PM I usually sleep early. My bedroom’s very minimal; there’s lots of white, plants and natural light. I have four pillows on my bed. Two are satin and I swear by them. I prefer to sleep on bedsheets made from bamboo thread. They’re super soft. Sometimes, I take magnesium before bed so it helps me to sleep. I turn off all the lights in my room when I sleep. Why would anyone have one on? Think of your carbon footprint.
