SALMON WITH TOFU AND VEGETABLES

Serves 1

2 tbsp olive oil 50g carrot, diced 100g salmon fillet, diced 50g silken tofu, mashed 50g broccoli florets, diced 50g cauliflower florets, diced Pinch of salt (optional)

1 Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry carrot for 1 minute.

2 Add salmon and tofu.

3 Add broccoli and cauliflower. Continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes and break up the salmon.

4 Season with salt, if using. Serve.

This recipe is suitable for babies from 10 months old.
