EAT

Mention Pasta Fresca and you might think that the Italian restaurant chain serves only pasta. But don’t overlook its extensive range of pizzas as well as seafood and meat dishes. Standouts include the oven-baked Crespelle Ai Funghi ($20.40++), which is an Italian-style crepe with sauteed mushooms, onions and parmesan cheese. If you’re feeling indulgent, the Astice Alla Griglia or whole grilled lobster (seasonal price) is an irresistible choice.

Kids below the age of 11 can have a hearty combo set at $19.50. This comes with a main course (choice of pizza, pasta or fish or chicken fingers), bread, a soft drink and dessert. Visit www.pastafresca.com for outlets.

Also get hands-on by making your own windmills at the Wind Garden Workshop, or joining the Kite Making Workshop. And of course, don’t forget to give it a test run after.
