Salad lovers normally have lots of leftover veggies in their fridge. If you find them turning a little old, try sauteing them with butter, garlic and olive oil for a nice side dish, or add them into your omelette or grilled sandwich.

HEY PESTO!

Don’t throw away that extra pasta. You can keep it for up to three days in the fridge if it’s cooked with a small amount of vegetable oil. Bring it out, add pesto sauce, stir-fry and voila… a new dish!
