Each year’s trail focuses on a single ingredient, and partner chefs and restaurants give it the gourmet treatment to be paired with Krug Grande Cuvee. For 2017, the mushroom is getting the spotlight at Atlas Bar, Hashida, Jaan, The Song of India, and The Tippling Club, where you can indulge in chef Kenjiro Hashida’s shiitake ice cream or sample Jaan’s Scottish langoustine with morels (above). The trail is on till Sept 30.
