63 is a different ball game from its gastro-pub sister 63Celsius at Asia Square.

The full-fledged restaurant in Paragon is clad in elegant chrome fixtures and boasts a Josper grill in the kitchen. The menu is informed by a mix of local and Japanese flavours. Its prawn and oyster linguine, topped with fried egg, kombu and chilli, takes a leaf from hangover comfort food. The Josper grill turns out delicious grilled meats such as the Spanish Duroc pork chop, served with grilled leeks and burnt peppers, and Toriyama steaks, with sides of wasabi and yuzu soya sauce. The wine list is expertly curated to go with the flavourful cuisine.
