Overseen by Jeremy Cayron, who has earned a reputation in Paris, Montreal, Budapest, and the Kingdom of Bahrain throughout his 15-year career, the hotel’s signature all-day dining restaurant delights with delectable yet nutritionally-balanced dishes, striking a perfect balance between flavour and wellness.

Voila’s Delight Menu boasts low-calorie gastronomy that prides itself in maximum pleasure and minimum calories with palatable options like the Mediterranean quinoa salad and balsamic caviar; filet of sea bass with sautéed fennel and tomato salsa; and citrus carpaccio with grapefruit sorbet orange chips – all of which don’t exceed 200kcal and use ingredients that are sustainable and sourced from local farmers and artisans.

Other healthy options are available in the French-style Les Cocottes a la carte menu, cooked using a La Cornue stove and a Parisian-style rotisserie. More ambitious gourmands can opt for the bounteous buffet selection comprising Western dishes and Asian temptations from Japan, China, and India, farm-to-table spicy Thai favourites as well as fresh seafood. Guests are also welcome to watch the chefs prepare their dishes on interactive cooking stages for a visual feast.

Surrounded by a chic, Thai-inspired ambience, motifs of rice – a staple of Thailand – are scattered across the restaurant. Also worth mentioning is the oval-shaped glass centerpiece and dark wood wall panels in contrast to white Santuario marble countertops, adding a touch of luxury and elegance. www.sofitel-bangkok-sukhumvit.com
