TURQUOISE YACHTS has delivered the 47m Razan, which the Turkish shipyard plans to present at the upcoming shows in Cannes, Monaco and Fort Lauderdale.
A collaboration between Turquoise and H2 Design, the motoryacht has guest accommodation for 12 in a master suite, two VIPs and three staterooms. Every guest cabin has Pullman bunks.
The newly conceived sun deck houses a spa pool and lounge bar, while the beautifully designed beach club features a gym and dive store plus an extended swim platform. The foredeck was reconfigured to allow for large tenders and a guest seating area.
Mehmet Karabeyoglu, CEO of Turquoise Yachts, said: “This yacht is an important landmark in the company’s evolution. Although she was a very well designed boat to start with, the owner wanted something different so we didn’t use any of the existing drawings. We designed everything from scratch.
“During sea trials, she achieved a top speed of 17.5 knots, a good 1.5 knots better than expected, as well as excelling in both sea keeping and stability, and noise and vibration tests.”
The sub-500gt vessel has a 2.6m draft and a 4,200nm cruising range.
