Move It

For those looking to deepen their practice and explore different movement styles, Nihiwatu is launching the Wild & Free yoga retreat led by wellness gurus Sjana Earp and Rod Cooper on October 7–12. Earp will host daily group classes that combine hatha, vinyasa, restorative yoga, breathing techniques and meditation. Meanwhile Cooper, founder of The Movement Collective in Australia, will guide you in movement practice sessions, which focus on locomotion, crawling patterns, strength, agility, balance and power. In addition to the daily classes and inspirational talks, guests are encouraged to experience the beautiful island through jungle treks and guided visits to the Blue Waterfall.
