PREP 2 hours 40 mins / COOK 1 hour / SERVES 4.
Mushroom Risotto.
1 Cook onion and mushrooms with butter on Sauté/sear Low Temp for 14 mins.
2 Add garlic, thyme and wine to bring to boil.
3 Add stock and rice to the pot. Select Risotto in pressure cooking.
4 Stir in cheese once cooked.
PREP 6 hours 20 mins / COOK 43 mins / SERVES 6.
Green Olive, Garlic & Lemon Chicken.
1 Combine butter, oil, rind, garlic, olives and parsley; season.
2 Rinse chicken and rub butter mixture all over chicken.
3 Place chicken in the inner pot. Seal lid.
4 Choose Slow cook High Temp for 6 hours or Meat/Poultry in pressure cooking for 18 mins.
