Hi, I’ve been a long-time subscriber to your wonderful magazine and would like to make a suggestion.
Do a survey/feedback with your current magazine subscribers concerning the reliability of their cars, the quality of the aftersales service for cars bought from authorised dealers, and common worries about certain car types.
It’ll be interesting to see the collective responses published and note how the dealers respond to the data.

Dear Torque subscriber, thanks for your loyal support and intriguing idea.
HELLO THERE, HELLA
HANH DINH
I’m writing on behalf of Hella Vietnam Co. Ltd, which is the Vietnamese subsidiary of the German automotive brand. We are in need of some monthly well-known car magazines written in English for office display purpose. And I know that Torque SG is one of those magazines that can fully satisfy our needs. Please inform me of the best price, promotion and shipping cost to Vietnam you can offer for a whole-year deal.

Our SPH circulation executive is always happy to help, and we are glad to have added Torque to Ho Chi Minh City.
A READER AND A FRIEND
MENG CHEE
Torque is a very reader-friendly magazine on cars. The content is comprehensive and insightful. Torque is also readily available at all petrol kiosks and bookstores.

Thanks for the feedback, which indicates that our editorial team members and circulation department colleagues are doing their jobs well.
CAR MISSING
ZACH POON
Hi, Torque. There has not been one article on the Volvo V60 T2 since its debut in Singapore. I wonder about the criteria used by the car magazine industry to decide which car to review next. Thanks.
Torque
Deciding on the cars we review on our website and within our printed pages depends on the editorial angles and each story’s logistics, which hinges on the availability of the relevant test-cars. In the case of the V60 T2, the Volvo dealership probably didn’t release a unit for media reviews.

The “Guess The Car!” contests on Torque’s Facebook page actually make my children very good at recognising cars just by looking at the shape. You should limit the answers/winners to, say, the first 10 respondents.

Our “Guess The Car!” contests have been training kids to be car spotters since 2014. We also offer other modules – “Caption The Photo!” and “Caption The Video!” – that test kids and parents on their car-related writing skills.
