The U.S. Embassy in Singapore celebrated America’s Independence Day at Gardens by the Bay on July 4. The event opened with the U.S. Marine Corps Colour Guard ceremony and remarks by Charge d’Aff aires ad interim Stephanie Syptak-Ramnath, and Singapore’s Senior Minister of State for Defence and for Foreign Aff airs, Mohamad Maliki Osman. The worldrenowned Philadelphia Boys Choir sang the US and Singapore national anthems.
