The Best Position for Pleasure

When you think of spicing up your sex life, the missionary position probably isn’t the first thing that comes to mind – although it provides lots of skin-to-skin and face-toface contact, which are two huge aphrodisiacs for women. Cue these variations on the classic missionary suggested by Sadie Allison, author of The Mystery of the Undercover Clitoris – Orgasmic Fingertip Touching Every Woman Craves and you’ll have a winner for climaxing.

1 Sit up and have your guy stand between your legs. Then lift your hips or wrap your legs around his waist to ensure your clitoris gets stimulated.

2 From normal missionary position, ask him to shimmy up a few centimetres so the top of his pelvic bone presses into the area around your clitoris. Then have him move his pelvis in little circles (without pulling out) until you orgasm.

3 While on your back, extend your legs straight out into a narrow V, then have him straddle you so his legs are outside of yours. Not only does this move provide more direct clitoral contact for you, it can also help him last longer.

Listen to your heart

While crushing chest pain is the main symptom of a heart attack, it isn’t the only tell-tale sign of ticker trouble. According to Dr Jeremy Chow, cardiologist at Gleneagles Hospital, other symptoms of heart attack include tiredness, bloating and sudden breathlessness.

You may even experience chest pain in the form of an aching sensation or pressure on the left side, where the pain radiates to the left arm or jaw. “When these symptoms occur with exertion like walking or climbing the stairs, they need to be evaluated pronto as they could be a warning sign before a heart attack,” says Dr Chow. “And if you’re also breaking out in cold sweat, get to a hospital immediately.” Heart muscles start dying once an attack strikes, so don’t delay treatment.
