One of Singapore’s most established lighting distributors, Million Lighting started with humble beginnings in 1974 as an electrical services store on North Bridge Road. Over the years, the business has grown steadily and expanded to include more product offerings and lighting solutions for homeowners here and abroad.

The company has since shifted its operations to a dedicated building at Kallang Bahru. In celebration of its 42nd anniversary, Million Lighting recently launched a gallery showroom featuring a wide variety of lighting designs as well as a select range of furniture and accessories from over 10 brands including Anglepoise, Artemide, Lzf Lamps, and Kartell.

Italian lighting brand Artemide offers unique and sculptural designs.

Entering via the second-floor studio, one meets interior spaces in a pared-down industrial style, accompanied by painted brick walls, pastel laminates, and wood tones, creating a clean and simple look that does not intimidate. The space is divided into sections dedicated to individual brands, making it easy for browsing.

A wood-clad staircase leads to the first level, where there are more pieces displayed on full-height shelves and podiums, and an opulently designed bar that can be used for private occasions and events. Brass finishes complement wood tones, adding warmth to this nook.

Million Lighting is also the sole distributor for Saint-Louis, a brand of luxury fashion conglomerate Hermes; it specialises in crystal lightings and chandeliers.

In addition to lighting solutions, Million Lighting also offers a variety of customisation options, allowing homeowners to create pieces that are unique to their homes.
