Facial cleansers are such a no-brainer part of our skincare routines that they seldom get much attention. But this one ups the ante, going beyond the basic function of removing gunk and makeup to hit the mark on other skincare and sensorial perks too. This milky cream produces a satisfying, velvety lather when worked over a damp face, and two pumps is all it takes to remove light to moderate makeup (we did the white towel test). It rinses off very clean, so you can dispense with double-cleansing, and has coconut-based cleansing agents to condition and hydrate the skin, leaving it feeling so comfortable, soft and smooth that it’s hard to resist wanting to touch your face. The complexion is also visibly brighter and clearer post- wash.
