Tracking your activities – from the number of steps taken, distance travelled and calories burnt to the kind of sleep you had and the countdown to a special day – just got more whimsical.

The American label makes its “Fitbit” cuter with cat ears, stripes and polka dots; slim enough at only 26mm wide so your wrist still has enough room for other knick-knacks; and powered by standard coin cell batteries that last up to four months. Scallop is $159 (Fitbits generally cost $148 to $319).
