GOAT SIMULATOR is the very essence of the ‘It’s so bad, it’s good’ phenomenon. Think about it, there are many things in this world that are bad. Bad books, bad movies, bad stories, bad videogames, but it takes a certain type of bad, to be really good. Goat Simulator was release on 1st April 2014. Yes, it was supposed to be an April Fools’ joke, a riff on the popular open-world Sim-game culture. What if you were a goat, and your only mission is to run around. It was a hit, streamers took to it like flies to dung, and it cemented itself in that special place of YouTube that you didn’t know how you got to, but now can’t stop watching. Goat. Indeed.
