How: This treatment starts with a double cleanse, followed by a gentle scrub and quick skin analysis. The therapist then uses a scrubber (a flat metal device that vibrates) to help loosen black and white heads on my T-zone and chin. After the quick, painless extraction, an ampoule (choose from brightening, detoxifying, hydrating and lifting) is applied. This is done using a spray gun that uses pure oxygen to push in nutrients from the ampoule, airbrushing the detoxifying solution over my face. I am then treated to a 15-minute face, neck and shoulder massage using a hydrating facial oil, before the therapist applies a soothing gel mask, followed by a thin gauze sheet and a thick hydrating cream mask on top. After 10 minutes – during which I’m treated to an arm massage – she lifts off the hardened mask and finishes with a soothing head massage.
Verdict: I love how this facial is peppered with massages, and my complexion looked brighter and dewier immediately after.
