KAMALAYA IS A multi-award-winning wellness sanctuary and holistic spa located on the southern coast of Koh Samui, Thailand. To enhance its individual wellness programmes, Kamalaya now introduces small results-oriented group retreats. The new Life Enhancement Retreats provide a setting for guests to explore particular areas of interest in greater depth and to benefit from the support network of like-minded individuals, with maximum 12 participants per retreat.

You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with Kamalaya co-founder and Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Karina Stewart, who will personally facilitate a series of intimate group retreats to support participants through a subtle process of inner discovery and awakening their essential self. You will be guided in practices, therapies and dialogues to discover, clear and release habits and patterns that no longer serve a healthy and fulfilling life. When we let go and eliminate what is extraneous and non-essential to our health and happiness, we are free to reconnect to our inner source of well-being and restart anew.
