THE INTERNATIONAL BOAT EXHIBITION in Sri Lanka will be held at Dickowita fisheries harbour in Colombo. This event aims to facilitate boat manufactures and accessory suppliers to promote their products to their target audience in the South Asian region and worldwide.

The event is organised for the fifth occasion by the Boat Building Technology Improvement Institute (BTI) together with the Sri Lanka Export Development Board in association with the Ministry of Development Strategies and International Trade, Ministry of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development, Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Organisations involved with the fisheries sector are invited to display and participate in the exhibition.

The show will set the platform to develop the boating industry and promote the leisure and pleasure boating sector in the region with the assurance of promoting Sri Lanka as the principal boating hub in South Asia and also the development taken place in the much improved fisheries sector in Sri Lanka.

Following the success of Boat Show Sri Lanka 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2014, the upcoming exhibition will further improve its standards while attracting large numbers of buyers along with boating enthusiasts and industry professionals from different countries such as India, Pakistan, Maldives, Bangladesh, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, UK, Sweden, Middle East, Germany, Holland, USA, Turkey, etc.
