Before the German Plein became a designer of flashy, extravagant and OTT bling fashion in 1999, he was a law student. The same celebs who wear Versace and Balmain – Naomi Campbell, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and Kim K – also wear him. This month, his first flagship debuts here in a duplex at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, and will stock selected runway looks from F/W ’19, alongside his S/S ’19 collection, which is inspired by the currently controversial King of Pop, Michael Jackson.
