But chances are, some misgivings, such as worries about whether the treatment centres will close down in future and if you can get a refund when that happens, will stop you from doing so. The TRUST Programme managed by EZ-Link Pte Ltd assuages these concerns by safeguarding your packages, ensuring that the value of the unutilised portion is refunded should participating spa and wellness centres cease operations. How it works: when you purchase a package, the funds are credited to an account managed by EZ-Link; the money does not go directly to the treatment centre involved. Payment is only made to the merchant each time a session is redeemed. In the event the merchant ceases operations, customers with the TRUST Card can go to EZLink for a refund of their packages. The TRUST Programme partners with CaseTrust and the Spa & Wellness Association of Singapore to ensure that participating merchants are credible and committed to providing customers with a pleasant experience. Besides Bella Skin Care, Theresa Beauty, Institut Care & Balance Beauty Workshop, Tian Di Health Spa, Han Dynasty Spa, Miss Paris and Dandy House and Bona fides are also TRUST merchants. To sign up, simply purchase any package from a participating merchant, which will then provide you with a TRUST Card. This card is linked to an online TRUST account where you can track your account balance, and view your transaction history and the expiry dates of your prepaid packages – multiple packages can be stored on the card.
