Whether mixing soft lilac with silver, or satin with suede, Sophie Delafontaine’s collection for Longchamp celebrated the many aspects of a woman’s life. To carry the brand forward for the new season, Delafontaine envisioned a maven’s closet full of precious finds that reflected her zest for life: There were leopard prints on luxurious coats, spectacular abstract prints on lightweight leather jackets, as well as a velvet dress that evoked the carefree spirit of the ’70s.
