Harried executives looking for a place to kick back with a cocktail or two can consider heading to The Fat Prince or the “secret” establishment behind it called The Ottoman Room. Both restaurants have a new cocktail menu that offers concoctions such as Chilli-choc Espresso and Tea Party (above), which is a mix of Appleton Signature, Wray & Nephew rum, Bentianna and green apple tea.
