Headed by award-winning executive chef Nixon Low, the 118-seater restaurant’s must-try dishes include the scrumptious Collection of Heirloom Tomatoes ($24) and the pan-seared Pulau Ubin barramundi ($38).
The former tantalises taste buds with slices of Jamon Serrano, marinated Hijiki seaweed and frozen honey melon dressing, while the latter has carrot ginger puree and a trout roe buerre blanc sauce. For dessert, try the warm chocolate fondant ($16), which consists of a chocolate cake made from 65 percent dark chocolate, speculoos crumbs, puff ed barley and butter beer ice cream.
Portico Prime also off ers a variety of wines to complement its dishes, and has a wellstocked bar where drinkers can find their preferred tipple.
