The rainy season is upon us, but those who want to be reminded of sunnier days can try indulging in Neon Pigeon’s range of summer cocktails, which include the Taro San (above) and Karashi Sour. The former is a blend of lemon peel- infused vodka and homemade Japanese yam syrup, while the latter combines Hendrick’s Gin, lemon, red cabbage juice and Karachi Agave.
