A SPIRITED MASH-UP

An unlikely twosome have partnered for an even more unlikely drink. Rock legend Sammy Hagar and Maroon 5’s Adam Levine have teamed up to create Santo Mezquila, the world’s first tequila-mezcal hybrid. It’s a literal blend of the two, with tequila made from 100% blue weber agave and mezcal from espadin agave. The result is a spirit with the smoothness of quality tequila and a mild and sweet smokiness derived from mezcal, which is typically much smokier.
