There’s no need to slave over the stove to get fluffy, fragrant claypot rice. AMANDA JAYNE LEE shares her recipe.

INGREDIENTS.

Yamie Claypot Rice Mix* 350ml water 4 stalks baby bak choy, blanched 1 roasted chicken thigh 2 Chinese sausages, sliced 1 packet (50g) instant spring onions*

DIRECTIONS.

1 Add the Yamie Claypot Rice Mix into the rice cooker. Add the water and cook. When the rice is cooked, let it rest, while keeping it warm, for 10min.

2 Cut the baby bak choy and chicken into bite-sized chunks.

3 Add them to the rice and mix well.

4 Transfer to a serving plate (or a claypot), and top with the Chinese sausages and spring onions. Serve hot.
