BANANA AND PUMPKIN BALLS
1 cup steamed pumpkin, mashed
½ cup mashed bananas
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup coconut milk
½ tsp salt
1 cup wheat ﬂour, mixed with 3 tbsp rice ﬂour Mazola Corn Oil, for deep-frying
1. Mix the pumpkin, bananas, sugar, coconut milk and salt in a bowl.
2. Add the ﬂour mixture gradually and mix well.
3. Shape into balls and deep-fry them until golden brown.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve.
